Filter unit for welding JETCLEAN DF2 1.1 kW

JETCLEAN DF2 1.1 kW is a mobile filtration unit equipped with horizontal cartridge filters suitable for extracting and filtering fumes generated during welding, for extracting fine and coarse dust and small amounts of chips.

The filter unit is equipped with one Evolution No Smoke arm with a length of 3 m and a diameter of d=160 mm.

The polluted air is extracted in through the inlet thanks to the underpressure created by the extraction fan located behind the filters. The filter unit consists of one vertical pre-chamber, where the heaviest dust is sorted, which falls into the first collection container. This is followed by a labyrinth with highly efficient cartridge filters, where the polluted air is filtered and the fine dust is collected in the second container.

JETCLEAN DF ensures perfect filter efficiency thanks to its automatic pneumatic cleaning system (cleaning with compressed air).

Note:
The device can be optionally equipped with a spark trap at its input. The spark trap, in combination with a collection container adapted for the placement of a water bath, effectively protects the unit against fire.
The unit’s filtration capabilities can be further improved by using a carbon filter and a HEPA H13 filter.
