The highly efficient vacuum filter unit FP 7112 PEA PK equipped with cartridge filters is designed to capture the finest dust particles. The filter cartridges are cleaned fully automatically using compressed air pulses.

The unit’s structure is made of solid galvanized sheet metal and is divided into three main sections:

• Upper part: Contains pneumatic components for automatic cleaning.
• Middle part: Equipped with highly efficient cartridge filters made of non-woven polyester fabric.
• Lower part: Made up of a hopper that directs the captured dust into a metal collection container.

• High filtration efficiency: Reaches up to 99% for particles as small as 1 µm.
• Automatic regeneration: Solenoid valves are controlled by a cyclic controller.
• Robust design: Designed for outdoor installation.
• Low operating costs: The new generation freestanding fan achieves an excellent ratio between extraction capacity and underpressure while maintaining low noise and low energy consumption. Underpressure is an often underestimated but critical parameter. The model range has sufficient power to provide high-quality material extraction even from machines more than 10 meters away from the fan.

Ideal for extracting fine dust in all industrial sectors, especially for:

• Extraction from grinders and when sanding paint/varnishes
• Paint shops and paint spraying
• Plasma and laser cutting and welding (requires pre-dosing of special protective powder before starting operation)

Operating principle

The extraction unit operates in underpressure mode:

1. The polluted air enters the vacuum chamber, where heavier dust particles fall directly into the hopper and collection container due to gravity.
2. The air then passes through the cartridge filters from the outside in, trapping fine dust on the outer surface of the cartridges.
3. The purified air flows further out of the unit.
4. Cartridge filters are automatically regenerated during operation by the return of compressed air (from the inside out), controlled by a cyclic regulator.

The unit is intended for outdoor use. When installed outdoors, all joints must be properly sealed with silicone to prevent water ingress.

To ensure maximum efficiency and compliance with your requirements, the electrical switchboard is not part of the standard assembly. We always tailor it to the specific operation and connection of your machines.

• Pneumatic shutters – For maximum comfort and work efficiency, we offer pneumatically controlled shutters. These usually operate fully automatically – they open and close simultaneously with the start of a specific extracted machine and filter unit.
