    Description

Modern trends in furniture production are no longer focused only on veneering, but on the contrary, on pressing decorative and highly durable materials such as HPL laminates, CPL foils (2D shape), stone veneers or decorative mats.

Membrane presses are a great help wherever a mold is needed to produce a part. ADAMIK presses allow you to highlight the design of the furniture you produce.

Apart from furniture production, our membrane presses are used in many other industries such as automotive, rolling stock, production of equipment for points of sale, hotels and restaurants.

The ADAMIK AM 300/150/40 membrane press is the basic press from the new AM series. It is equipped with a more powerful vacuum pump with an output of 40 m3/h. The usable pressing area is 2,850 x 1,350 mm.

The press has a wide range of uses – pressing flat parts (doors), shaped parts (door frames), bent parts (chairs, arches, etc.). It will replace the stacking press in small and medium-sized joinery.

Classic heating elements have been replaced by fans with heating, which not only ensure faster and more even heating of the working area thanks to air circulation, but also save electricity. Thanks to these design changes, the membrane is also much less thermally stressed and its lifespan is extended.

The press is standardly equipped with a rubber membrane with heat resistance up to 120 °C. Optionally, the press can also be equipped with a silicone membrane.

Advantages of the new AM series membrane presses:

    • Increased working depth of the basic model to 1,350 mm
    • Oil pump with higher maximum pressure
    • Increased diameters of vacuum distribution pipes for a pump with a capacity of 40 m3/h
    • Easy membrane replacement
    • External vacuum outlet for vacuum bag pressing (optional)
